Please see the job duties below: Chemo Pharmacist - Visiting the cancer ward at Wexham Park Hospital, performing medicine reconciliation, drug histories and supply of in patient and take home medicines to patients. Screening chemo prescriptions for oral and parenteral chemotherapy. Answering queries from health care professions and patients relating to cancer services. Working in the aseptic unit as a releasing pharmacist following completion of training logs. Experience of working in a hospital in cancer services. A working knowledge of ARIA and or Epic would be beneficial. Previous experience of working in an aseptics unit would also be beneficial (but not essential) need an 8a/8b (depending on experience) haem/oncology pharmacist ASAP. One day remote work could be considered but needs to be on site all week.
