Line management of a team of Radiographers, assistant practitioners and administration staff in the Breast imaging service. This will include all normal HR and service management tasks, including but not exclusively staff rota, stock ordering, sickness and attendance recording, provision of service performance information liaising with the Director of Screening. Experience of line management of a health care team at a deputy service lead level or above.
