SONOGRAPHERS Medical Specialist Recruitment requires an experienced Pharmacist to work in Essex.

Requirements/ Duties; 

• predominately ward-based pharmacist duties include medicines reconciliation, the clinical screen of medicines, patient counseling, responding to medicines inquiries, and supply of medicines.
• dispensary duties are also expected including checking dispensed medicines
• they may also be allocated project work depending on the need
• registered as a pharmacist with the GPhC.
