SONOGRAPHERS Medical Specialist Recruitment requires an experienced CHEMO Pharmacist to work in the Berkshire area. 

Our client is looking for candidates who have previously worked in the NHS and possess UK experience.

Must have experience working in a hospital. Having chemotherapy-specific experience, plus a working knowledge of ARIA or EPIC.

Must have a GPhC membership, MPharm or BPharm

Will be performing medicine reconciliation, drug histories, and supply of in-patient and take-home medicines to patients. Screening chemo prescriptions for oral and parenteral chemotherapy. Answering queries from health care professionals and patients relating to cancer services.

Start: ASAP

Days: Monday to Friday (FULL TIME)

Hours: 9 am – 5 pm (8 hours)
