Sonographers Medical Specialist Recruitment is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to work in the Essex area.

DUTIES:

• Predominately ward-based pharmacist with duties including medicines reconciliation, the clinical screen of medicines, patient counseling, responding to medicines, and supply of medicines
• Dispensary duties are also expected including checking of dispensed medicines
• May also be allocated project work depending on need
• Registered as a pharmacist with the GPhC.
• Hospital ward-based experience in a range of specialties such as Medicine and Surgery and covering COVID wards.
