BAND 7 PAEDIATRIC DIETICIAN
EXPERIENCED BAND 6 WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED
Happy to accept remote working

Required working pattern:
Full time – Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00 but can be amended as necessary
*start date could be brought forward if needed

Location:
Southend Hospital – Carlingford Centre – Paediatric Outpetients
Canvey Island – Outpatient Clinics
Home visits – possibly
Southend Hospital Paediatric Ward

Notes:
Cover to Paediatric Diabetes as part of the Best Practice Tariff for Paediatric Diabetes
Outpatient clinics
Possibly home visits
Carbohydrate counting
Input to patients being started on insulin pumps
Attendance at MDT meeting.

Requirements:
Qualified Dietitian
HCPC registration
Paediatric trained
Paediatric diabetes trained
Preferably a car driver.
