Sonographers Medical Specialist Recruitment requires Occupational therapy assistants and physiotherapy assistants to work in Ilford, Romford, and Goodmayes.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANTS AND PHYSIOTHERAPIST ASSISTANTS.

Need to be able to conduct home visits and travel between sites
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 0830-1630

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role specification: Supporting lead OT/PT with caseload management, referrals, home visits and equipment ordering.
• Inpatient rehab wards based at Meadow Court – Goodmayes hopsital.
• Caseload consists of patients on early support discharge from hospital; commonly encountered conditions include falls, # NOF, rehab post deconditioning from acute, rehab post infection such as UTI, LRTI, COPD management, PD management
• Joint MDT approach – large team consisting of nursing, RA, OT and PT

SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Previous Rehabilitation Assistant, Occupational Therapy Assistant, and Physio assistant experience within NHS or private setting.
