SONOGRAPHERS Medical Specialist Recruitment requires an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in Essex Area.

Occupational Therapy rapid initial assessments, discharge dependent equipment provision in line with sound clinical reasoning, liaison with multiple agencies, functional assessments and care planning.
To cover A&E, frailty ward and front door/ambulatory wards. Admission avoidance in front door acute hospital setting. Supporting on general medical wards and other escalation areas as required

09:00 am to 17:00pm
