Obstetric Sonographer

Position based in East London.

Sonographers Medical is on the hunt for a successful applicant to step into the shoes of an obstetric sonographer.

The ideal applicant will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities and tasks, including but not exclusive to, general, gynae and obstetric scans. On top of this, we are hunting for the perfect candidate to be able to use their fantastic interpersonal skills to work seamlessly in a team and help provide patients with all the information they require.

Requirements

• A postgraduate degree that is relevant to medical ultrasound, as well as a years worth of experience in a role similar within the NHS
• HCPC/BMUS registered
• DQASS registered.
• SOR registered
• You must be fully compliant in order for you to be able to work, this means either holding a valid visa or having a right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Undertaking in ultrasound scans
• Utilizing equipment and programs to store and update patient information when necessary
• Making routing equipment checks and being able to assess the appropriate action if else
• Being part of a team, dealing and facing tasks proficiently as a team
• Delivering the best possible experience they can for the clientele – from referral to results
