Beehive Healthcare Solutions – Operations Manager

Due to progressive expansion, Beehive Healthcare Solutions require an Operations Manager. With offices based in Hainault Business Park and Clinics providing Ultrasound diagnostic Services in the Essex hospitals and the local GP practices. ICB Contract to provide community ultrasound services, and locum medical Recruitment staff to the NHS across the UK.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity
– Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, amend existing policies
– Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and streamline operations
– Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
– Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
– Resolve operational issues and address customer concerns in a timely manner
