SONOGRAPHERS Medical Specialist Recruitment requires experienced Physiotherapists to work in the Fleet area.

Department: Intermediate Care – must be a car driver to do home visits around Fleet, Aldershot, Yateley and Farnborough areas.

Duties: Admission avoidance assessment, assess and treat hospital discharges and triage assessment.

Professional registration/Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree and HCPC registered

Skills/Experience/Training: Community Experience
