Hospital is located in East Grinstead, West Sussex. Working Monday and Wednesdays each week

1. Job Summary:

To act as the lead specialist in Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Scans (MSK US) at QVH and perform a wide range of MSK US with ability to work as an independent MSK injector would be a bonus. There may be a requirement to also perform general sonography work at times of high sickness/ annual leave.  This may include general abdominal work, urology, gynaecological, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and other general scans required by the department.

Maintain a high standard of clinical expertise and care for the patient.

Scan and independently report own workload of patients, providing written reports to the referring clinician.

Participate in research, audit, quality control as part of the wider healthcare team as required. To be the lead for clinical audit within the ultrasound team.
