Job Role; ACT Pharmacy Technician

Department/ Speciality; Pharmacy

Band; 4/5

Working Days/Hours; 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday – 9 am to 5 pm

Description of Duties; Labelling and dispensing of screened prescriptions, final accuracy check of prescribed medications. Counselling out-patients, stock control for oral chemotherapy

Professional Registration/ Qualifications Required; GPhC Registered Pharmacy Technician NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)

Specialist Skills/ Training/ Experience Required; Experiencing labelling, dispensing and final accuracy checking, ideally knowledge of JAC (WellSky)
