Biomedical Scientist in Haematology & Blood Transfusion

Job Details

Sonographers Medical requires a Band 6/7 Biomedical Scientist specializing in Haematology & Blood Transfusion in Crewe area.

IBMS Specialist Portfolio in Haematology/BT would be advantageous

BMS to work all shifts, including Core days, Earlies, Lates, Nights & Weekend / BH days  (previous experience of lone working in Haem & BT essential)

Equipment: 

FBC – Beckman DxH 800/900 analysers

Coag – Werfen ACL TOP 550 analysers

ESR – Starrsed Autocompact analyser

Transfusion – Bio-rad IH-1000 & IH-500 analysers

LIMS Clinisys Winpath Enterprise

Contract length: 6 months in the first instance

Start date: IMMEDIATELY
