SONOGRAPHERS Medical Specialist Recruitment requires Occupational Therapists to work in Doncaster. We have urgent cover as we are in need of Occupational Therapists band 5, and 6  to work in a hospital-based in Doncaster.  The trust is willing to provide sponsorship to All candidates from green list countries only - These are to be at band 5 and all must have passed IELTS or OET Geen list countries below:  https://www.nhsemployers.org/articles/code-practice-red-and-amber-list-countries  This is site-based work, Monday to Friday role 8-4 or 9-5. Band 7 Therapy – Planned Care

Will accept Senior/Advanced Occupational Therapist - band 6/7 - Stroke 1 WTE posts 2 days a week basis (Mon- Fri 08:00 - 16:00) Requirements: Carrying out functional assessments and interventions with ward in-patients to facilitate safe and timely discharge. Liaising with other therapy staff across a group of wards, and providing cover to those wards if necessary. Identifying rehab potential and care needs making appropriate referrals as needed. Liaising with the wider MDT. Providing day to day support to junior and non-qualified staff. HCPC registered Occupational Therapist. Essential – must have good post graduate experience within a similar acute hospital ward setting. Experience of assessment and discharge planning. Broad range of clinical skills including medicine and elderly care. Desirable – experience of ordering equipment for discharge.

We have urgent cover as we are in need of Occupational Therapists band 5, 6 or 7 to work either at Frimley and/or Slough area. This is an acute medical role so any experience in acute would be highly appreciated. We need someone to start asap and work for 4 months.
