Job is based in Essex.

Sonographers Medical is on the lookout for the right candidate to undertake the position of a vascular scientist. Our recruitment team is looking for applicants with at least a years worth of experience after completing their degree. Qualities that we’re looking out for includes being able to work in a team effectively and efficiently, showing their brilliance and delivering a fantastic experience to the patients under your care. As part of Sonographers Medical, you will be expected to show the most utmost professionalism and care to both the patients and colleagues alike.

This position can include responsibilities, not limited to, but including:

• Transient Ischaemic Attacks (TIA)
• Strokes
• Aneurysms
• Peripheral Arterial Disease
• Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
• Varicose Veins

Applicant requirements:

• Vascular Ultrasound post graduate degree
• A years worth of experience in a similar position in the NHS
• Being an accredited vascular scientist is imperative to this position (AVS)
• Fully compliant to work – with either a right to work in the UK or a valid visa held
