Due to progressive company expansion Beehive Healthcare require Ultrasound Healthcare Assistant to work in at GP Surgery clinics in Basildon, Southend and Brentwood.
Office Administrator + Healthcare Assistant
Ultrasound Healthcare Assistant required in Basildon, Southend and Brentwood ClinicS for 2 -3 days per week. The remaining time you will work in the Ilford office as administrative assistant. This will mainly involve contacting patients to make their appointments for ultrasound scans at the clinics.
You are required to have transport/car with full driving licence, you will be required to transport small laptop size scan machine to the clinic locations before the clinic starts and prepare the clinic for the day. Full training will be offered to the right candidate.
The job role demands a high level of office competency and excellent communication skills to cope with the demands of a busy Clinic/office environment.
She will be required to communicate by telephone, email and letter, Hospital, and referring GP Practices.
In order to achieve this, you will need to be proficient with Microsoft Office computer software package, have general computer skills and clear telephone communication skills
The tasks involved in the job function shall include, and are not limited to:
Maintaining accurate records of all other company activities
Maintaining office documentation in a tidy, accessible manner.
Answering telephone calls in the Company name in clear concise polite manner.
Forward and Answer emails as required in good written English.
Maintain Company Databases in an accurate manner.
Telephone, email communication with prospective clients, customers and suppliers, in order to promote the company and our services, as directed.
Maintain a clean and tidy office environment, including basic housekeeping chores.
Contacting patients to book appointments for the clinics in Basildon, Southend and Brentwood
Preparing Clinic appointment lists.
Working on Choose & Book system to print off patient ultrasound scan request forms.
The hours of work shall be Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 hours, excluding Bank Holidays, weekend work will be available either at the Ilford office or at the Clinic, required.
