Administrative Assistant:
A great opportunity has arisen due to Beehive Healthcare expansion programme, additional Healthcare Assistants and administrative assistant required in the South Woodford. Administrative work will be at our office in South Woodford, 2 mins from South Woodford Central Line train Station.

The post holder works under the direct supervision of the office manager and undertakes task and duties as delegated. You will work within a small friendly office team, work collaboratively with the Staff and meet the needs of patients, following policy and procedures.

All administrative work is done in the South Woodford Office. Clinics are based within in Southend, Basildon, Brentwood and Chelmsford Working within a multi-professional team, of Medical Consultants and Sonographers, you will arrange patient appointments for the clinics in the Essex region.

We’re looking for a people person who enjoys administrative work helping NHS patients for care they require, helpful and hard working,
Good empathetic, listening and communication skills with the ability able to show a caring attitude to patients.
CLINICAL
• Experience in Health Care preferable but not essential.
• Ensuring attention to detail at all times inclusive of documentation.
• To have the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, relatives, and carers.
• Professional, timely and reliable.
• Confidentiality must be adhered to at all times.
TECHNICAL
• Proficient use of Computer Software Systems, Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel)

The Admin role involves contacting patients and arranging appointments for their ultrasound scans at the clinics of their choice in the Essex region, prepare daily appointment list for the Sonographer for each session. You will be based full time in admin office, if you prefer there will be opportunity to work some days in the clinics.
Job Type: Full-time or part time
Salary: Above minimum wage and is negotiable depending on your experience.
